When you place an order with Barnes Publishing Group (i.e. you make payment for an order), you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

Copyright & Personal Use

The products delivered to you are completely original content. Full copyright to the products and other materials delivered to you is retained by you and you alone. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barnes Publishing Group for any unauthorized use of any materials provided.

Any unauthorized use of the delivered products and or website content may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

No Plagiarism

Barnes Publishing Group does not condone, encourage, or knowingly take part in plagiarism, fraud, or academic dishonesty. We strictly adhere to all applicable copyright laws and will not knowingly assist any client in violating them.

Barnes Publishing Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise wrongful use of the products or written material, including but not limited to plagiarism claims, lawsuits, academic penalties, or legal actions. The client assumes full responsibility for the use of all delivered materials.

Our Policy for Using Images

Barnes Publishing Group does not own the copyright to images unless they are specifically designed by our in-house illustrators. We do not use copyrighted images ourselves. Instead, we provide references or links so clients may obtain images independently.

You may use royalty-free images without restriction. For copyrighted images, you are responsible for obtaining permission or paying applicable licensing fees.

Refunds

Please review the refund policy carefully before placing an order. Barnes Publishing Group offers refunds only under specific conditions.

Barnes Publishing Group offers a 100% refund; however, it is not unconditional and certain conditions apply. Refunds may be void if a custom or special package is selected, revisions exceed agreed limits, the client becomes unresponsive for more than two weeks, the project is placed on hold at the client’s request, policies are violated, or the creative brief is incomplete.

Refunds are not applicable due to change of mind, business closure or rebranding, partner disagreements, or after multiple revision approvals.

In valid cases, a refund of up to 50% of the paid amount may be issued after review. Requests for full refunds are evaluated by an internal committee and decided based on evidence.

Limitations on Revisions

Editing Orders: Revisions are provided to correct objective or technical errors. Once such errors are resolved, further changes are at the sole discretion of Barnes Publishing Group.

Book Writing Orders: Revisions apply only to the active segment under development. Once a segment is approved, additional revisions may incur editing fees.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Barnes Publishing Group and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services or website.

Barnes Publishing Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments

Barnes Publishing Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
